Zuhal and Yusef were the perfect hosts for our pickleball holiday. They were willing to answer any questions we had before setting off as well as while we were at the resort. They organised the holiday to perfection. Our transport was always waiting for us - including transfers to and from the airport as well as twice daily to the pickleball courts. They were both super friendly, always helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy being with us throughout the week. I very much hope to join them again soon for another superbly organised pickleball holiday.

5* service from start to finish with Polats Sports, as always. My husband and I have been holidaying with Polat Sports for the last 3 years now. This year we will have 2 holidays with them - this time we were at the wonderful hillside beach club and in October we will be at Alibey Sorgun which we absolutely love. Tennis is fantastic, always well organized with a nice mix of people. The resort is beautiful, food is excellent and service is perfect. Zuhal and family are perfect coordinators. Just back from five wonderful days with friends at AliBey resort and its 61 fantastic clay tennis courts. And so much else besides: very attractive and comfortable rooms; delicious and varied food; fantastic water slides (!!); pádel courts; beautifully maintained and planted gardens; friendly staff; excellent cocktails and the opportunity for some let-your-hair-down dancing! Thank you Zuhal. You were calmness personified, so friendly and couldn’t have done more.

I had the MOST wonderful week with Polats in Turkey at Ali Bey resort. With everything taken care of by Zuhal, Yusuf and Aykan it was so easy to unwind and be present for tennis lessons + comps, beach time, saunas, massages, and enjoy the incredible buffet of food with the lovely group we were with. It was the best combination of relaxation and activity, and I returned home feeling enriched and joyful. I haven't stopped raving about it to all of my friends! Thank you so much for arranging our amazing family holiday. In this digital age, it is so easy to get lost in search after search when looking for that exclusive family holiday. Luckily I know Zuhal and Yusuf from Polats Sports Organisations and they were able to take the stress out of planning and booking. With Zuhal's experience and knowledge in the travel industry and tourism in Turkey, she was able to book a bespoke holiday for us. PSO organised everything from flights to transfers and were able to recommend local trips and activities with great confidence based on their personal experience and local connections. I was highly recommended PSO travels and they certainly did not disappoint Zuhal took great care and effort to understand what we as a family of 4 children from 20 to 10 years of age were looking for. She made recommendations which were clearly based on our needs rather than commercial interests. Airport transfers were trouble free. The villa Zuhal arranged was exactly what we were looking for and the recommendation of Fethiye spot on. Zuhal in fact organised everything from local events such as paragliding, to a 2 day private trip to Antalya complete with a tour guide that made the trip for us. Things don't always go to plan, but Zuhal was on hand at all times sorting everything out. For instance we found out that despite being advertised, the villa didn't have internet access. You can imagine the panic on the kids faces! Called Zuhal and within 45 minutes, we had 2 wifi dongles in our hands, which actually worked out better as we could then roam with them everywhere.. I would most certainly book with PSO travel and Zuhal again, she took the hassle of organising a holiday, and kept true to her word of being there for us if we needed her. All this meant that we could get on with making happy family memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much Zuhal.

Best sports holiday I ever had. The organisers Zuhal and Yusuf were with us at every step of the way. Answered all my questions before hand, organised our flights and welcomed us on arrival and departure. They also created a WhatsApp group which allowed people to connect and to be constantly updated. The hotel all inclusive was magnificent. The pickleball coaches Rob and Sam were excellent, great complementary skills and exercises. The also had mindset and partnership training by Scott. 10/10

We’ve just returned from an absolutely fantastic week in Turkey, hosted by Zuhal & Yusuf, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, everything was so well-organized, and we truly felt looked after throughout the entire trip. The resort itself was stunning—beautiful rooms, top-notch facilities, and incredible food with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. But the real highlight was the Pickleball! An Incredible Pickleball Holiday My husband and I joined PSO Travel on a 7 day Pickleball holiday to the Ali Bey resort in Turkey. The organisation was flawless and the accommodation (rooms, food, bars, pools, spa, atmosphere, range of activities, sports facilities, beachside location) was divine. The PB coaching was meticulously planned after the coaches sought feedback on what the players wanted. It was sensitively delivered by 4 of the top coaches in the UK. Our heads are exploding with the vast amount of useful information we learnt and we left relaxed and “chomping at the bit” to practice at home. Well done team and thank you so much!
